Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Space Environment Research at APL

nvironmental research is being pursued in several areas at APL to understand the science of atmospheric and space processes and apply that knowledge to fi nding technological solutions to problems of interest to our sponsors. Two areas are specifi cally addressed in this article: (1) atmospheric, oceanic, and littoral environment research as it affects input to radar propagation codes, and (2) space weather research as it impacts the “Geospace.”
